The link to this book - which is of great interest to me - appears to be dead. I have noticed a number of dead links in your archive, actually. As you mention that you would appreciate people letting you know their live or deceased state, how would you prefer I list them? I just muse that you possibly find it easier were they in one place, rather than scattered beneath each book.
For now, I will assume your probable reply - that I should merely remark on the undeath of each link wherever it appears.

Thanks very much for your comments letting me know these links are dead - if they're not used for a certain period of time the server deletes them. I'll get them all uploaded again in the next day or two.
